Wlad Laamim is the work of a cooperative of mountain beekeepers based in Salé. Together they manage the hives, share the harvest, and hold one another to a single standard of purity.
Working as a cooperative means the people who tend the bees also decide how the honey is made and sold — keeping the value of every jar in the hands of the families and communities of the Atlas.
