ولاد لعميم
Our Story

A family heritage.

A family, a mountain, and an ancient craft kept alive jar after jar.

High above Salé, where the Atlas foothills catch the first morning light, our beekeepers have read the rhythm of the seasons for generations. They know which slope the lavender favours, when the wild thyme breaks into bloom, and how to move the hives so the bees meet each flower at its peak.

Wlad Laamim means "the sons of Laamim" — a family name, and a promise that every jar carries something older than us: a way of working with the mountain rather than against it, of taking only what the hives can give, and of letting the honey speak for the flower it came from.

Nothing here is rushed. The honey is never heated or blended. It is cold-extracted, settled, and sealed by the same hands that tend the hives — so what reaches your table is exactly what the mountains made.

From the mountain to your table

  • 1The bloom

    Wild Atlas flowers

Each season the cooperative follows the flowering across the high slopes — lavender, thyme, rosemary, jujube and more.

  • 2The hives

    Cooperative beekeepers

Hives are placed beside a single flowering source so each harvest stays true to one origin.

  • 3The harvest

    Cold-extracted & raw

Honey is extracted without heat, keeping its enzymes, aroma and character fully intact.

  • 4The jar

    Sealed by hand

Settled, poured and sealed at the cooperative in Salé, then traced back to its harvest.

Honey, the way the mountains made it.
